Each product sold by Asic Miner carries a manufacturer warranty of 6 months to 1 year, depending on the model.
2. What Is Covered
Hardware or component failures due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and serial number.
3. What Is Not Covered
Damage caused by improper use, power surges, liquid exposure, or modification.
Software or firmware-related issues.
Normal wear and tear.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

Our team will assess the issue and provide return instructions if applicable.
Shipping costs for warranty returns are borne by the customer.
5. Manufacturer Service
Some miners (e.g., Bitmain, Whatsminer) require warranty claims to be submitted directly to the manufacturer. We’ll guide you through that process if needed.
