Refund Policy

Replacement

We offer replacements only if:

  • The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
  • The product was not damaged while in your possession. Please record an unboxing video upon delivery.
  • The product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

Please note:

  • Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Invoices cannot be modified or canceled after they’re issued.
  • Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers voids the warranty.
  • Installation must be done by a qualified PC hardware engineer

After this period, manufacturer warranty applies, and claims should be made at the authorized service center.

Physical Damage Policy

Warranty Void Due to Physical Damage

Physical damage to any product purchased from ASIC Miner will void the warranty. This includes:

  • Improper installation of CPU fans
  • Overclocking issues causing chips
  • Chipped, burnt, or bent CPU pins

Physical damage also includes improper handling or irregular use. Damaged products will be returned at the customer’s expense and are not eligible for replacement.

Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, as long as items are in stock and payment is verified. While we can’t guarantee same-day shipping, we always aim to ship as quickly as possible. Please note, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Accuracy of Information

At ASIC Miner, we aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, photos, specs, pricing, and compatibility info. However, errors can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and correct the mistake.

We are not responsible for claims or information on external websites linked from ASIC Miner.

Warranty Terms

Warranty Information

All products come with a carry-in warranty, meaning shipping costs for warranty services are the customer’s responsibility.

If a product has a “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty,” the manufacturer or distributor provides the warranty directly.

To request warranty service, please provide a copy of our invoice and delivery challan. Products will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s policy.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location. You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you. Please note, ASIC Miner is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or postal authorities, as they are beyond our control.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Note:

If you request a refund after placing an order, a 15% surcharge will be deducted from the total. The remaining amount will be credited to your account.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, and it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Out of Stock

If a product is out of stock, ASIC Miner reserves the right to cancel your order. You will be notified by email if this occurs. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to you.
